1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to opoo.ai and any SEO audit you order through the site. In these terms, “opoo.ai,” “we,” and “us” refer to the service available at opoo.ai; “you” means the person or organization using the service.

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The audit service

The service reviews a website and provides an SEO report by email. The scope, price, and any delivery estimate shown at checkout apply to the order. Reports may include automated crawling and AI-assisted analysis of publicly accessible website content.

You must be at least 18 years old, have authority to accept these terms, and have the right to request an analysis of the website you submit. You are responsible for entering a valid website address and email address.

3. Price and payment

The price and any applicable taxes will be presented before you complete a purchase. Unless the checkout says otherwise, an audit is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. If checkout is made available, payment is processed by the payment provider shown there; that provider’s terms also apply to its payment service.

Do not submit payment details by email. We do not intend to receive or store your complete payment-card credentials.

4. Refunds and delivery

Orders are subject to the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot legally be waived. Contact hello@opoo.ai if a report has not arrived so we can help check delivery.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to violate the law or another person’s rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit a website for analysis without authorization. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or others, or to comply with law.

6. Reports and intellectual property

The site, its branding, and its original materials belong to opoo.ai or its licensors. After an order is paid, you may use the report prepared for your submitted website for your own internal business purposes. The report may refer to public third-party websites and data; those third parties retain their rights.

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to implement recommendations. Do not redistribute a report as a third-party certification or as a guarantee of search performance.

7. No professional or ranking guarantee

The report is informational guidance, not legal, financial, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice. Search engines control their own systems and results. We do not promise rankings, traffic, sales, a particular audit outcome, or that every issue will be found.

Automated tools and AI can make mistakes or miss context. Review important findings and verify them before taking action.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site and service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, opoo.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to a paid audit will not exceed the amount you paid for that audit. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law and do not restrict non-waivable consumer rights.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new update date. Changes apply prospectively; the terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order. Applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. Nothing here removes a right to bring a claim that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
