1. Information we handle

When you request an audit, we handle the website address and email address you provide, order and service status, and the report and audit data needed to prepare and deliver the service. We may also receive basic technical information such as request and device data through ordinary hosting and security logs.

If payment is enabled, the payment provider shown at checkout handles payment credentials. We receive the transaction details needed to associate payment with an order; we do not intend to collect full card numbers or security codes.

2. How we use information

• Create and manage your audit order and analyze the submitted website.
• Generate, store, and email the report you requested.
• Process payments and maintain transaction, accounting, and service records.
• Respond to support requests, protect the site, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

3. Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers to operate the audit workflow. Depending on the features enabled, these can include hosting, database and queue services, Firecrawl for website crawling, xAI for AI-assisted report generation, Resend for email delivery, and PayPal for payment processing. Information necessary to perform their services may be processed by these providers under their own terms and privacy notices.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Website content and AI processing

To prepare a report, the submitted site address and relevant website content or crawl results may be sent to the providers used for crawling and AI-assisted analysis. Submit only a site you are authorized to have analyzed. Do not include passwords, private account links, or other confidential information in the website address or support messages.

5. Retention

We retain order, contact, report, and related records for as long as needed to provide and support the service, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods can vary with the type of record and legal requirements. You may ask us about deletion by emailing hello@opoo.ai; some records may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The site may use technologies necessary to deliver pages, maintain security, and remember basic site preferences. We do not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising. Your browser can provide controls for cookies; disabling them may affect site functionality.

7. U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live and whether the relevant law applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; obtain a portable copy; or opt out of certain processing. We do not sell personal information or process it for targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

To make a request, email hello@opoo.ai with “Privacy request” in the subject and describe the request and the email address used for the order. We may need to verify your identity and may deny or limit a request where an exception applies. If a state law gives you a right to appeal, reply to our decision and we will review it.

8. Security, children, and other sites

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. The site may link to third-party sites; their privacy practices are governed by their own notices.
