Refund Policy

No refunds

All audit purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations after an order is placed, including where analysis has not yet started or a report has already been delivered.

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, chargeback, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under the law that applies to you. Where a mandatory legal right conflicts with this policy, that right will apply.

Delivery issues

If you have not received your report or believe there is a delivery problem, contact hello@opoo.ai with the order email address and website URL. We will investigate and help resolve delivery issues. Contacting support does not change the no-refund policy except where required by applicable law.

Payment disputes

If you believe a payment was unauthorized or incorrect, contact us promptly at hello@opoo.ai and contact your payment provider. Your rights under your payment provider’s rules and applicable law are not changed by this policy.
